Sparkhill Park is one of the biggest parks in the Birmingham area. Lots of green space to walk around. It consists of a children's play area surrounded by lush green trees. It also has a football, basketball and cricket net. Several benches to sit on and relax. The most beautiful part of this park is nature itself which is always in bloom. Watching pigeons, crows and some naughty squirrels is also a joy in itself, especially for kids, who like to chase the squirrels. This place has enough car parking space, surrounded by Sparkhill pool and fitness centre, Saint John's School. The only thing that is lacking is a Public Restroom. That is a shame, no restroom for such a big park area and the fact is it always remains busy . The local authority needs to look into this matter at least that will stop people from answering nature's call near the woods. Playground: Yes, enough space Restrooms: No restroom at all.
The park is absolutely lovely. It's quite big, and has ample benches to sit and soak in the sun. Lots of squirrels, crows, and pigeons to look at. It has a small gazebo at the centre in which you can take shelter in when it rains. It also has a children's play area with swings, slide etc. Beautiful park. Although it's a pity some people litter all over it. But overall great experience.
Beautiful Park for Morning walk playing area for kids. Beautiful birds have its own car Park Rubbish here and there, Bins were full , Bird feeding should be stopped there should be atleast one person to look after this park on daily basis. I'm giving 3 Star because it's not properly maintained .
Very nice park with great play area for kids. Only issue is the bins are always full to the brim and there's litter everywhere so sad that such a nice space is so poorly looked after
Badly preserved. Not too family friendly. Needs more green attention. Possibility of drug dealer activity taking place.
I love this park. It's clean I know it's volunteers from the community areas great efforts And it feels safe. I love that so many families with disabilities who uses the park. That says a lot about accessibility and comfort.
Sparkhill main park located on Stratford road, next to the sparkhill gymnasium and swimming pool. Its open for everyone and facilities for walking, jogging, family seating, picnic, kids play area, parking, elders gathering, sports zones with fences and entry gates with paved grounds having floor markings.
It is always full of people, kids, area, or other areas of the park, and has good parking space
Really like the community atmosphere in this park, but 4 stars because there's a lot of rubbish there that needs picking up.
