Story

Shefford Pharmacy is the all new independent pharmacy which opened in July 2014 and replaced the existing Dispensary service.
This means that ALL patients in the local area can now obtain their medicines from Shefford Health Centre, not just patients on the dispensing doctors list.

We offer a full range of professional pharmacy services including managed repeat prescriptions, free delivery service, NHS medicine use reviews, NHS new medicine service and more.

You can also shop for all your healthcare needs in store and make the most of regular special offers AND exclusive Facebook deals.

We can not however offer any advice or answer any medical or healthcare questions on this page. If you require advice please telephone the pharmacy or visit us and speak to one of the pharmacists.

busy sometimes due to being next door to GPs but staff are helpful and can see do their best to resolve inevitable issues with prescriptions from time to time. better than the one in town

Friendly pharmacy staff and a useful addition to that end of town. Is in the same building as the local doctors surgery, which is very handy, especially if there's a query with your prescription. Is often very busy though.

Usually good and staff are generally helpful, but had another issue with a medication pick up. There was confusion, which could have been resolved very quickly has the staff answered my call. Then had to put up with a manager coming on the phone telling me to improve my communication!! (Not great customer service, there are ways to speak to people!) Like I said, service is very staff dependant!
