Just your regular high street Next. Has rather narrow aisles, which is rather difficult to navigate a buggy / wheelchair down. Most purchases at the till seem to be for their online directory. Be good if they had two desks to deal with this so regular shoppers aren't kept waiting for an assistant to return from the collections area.

Ordered some clothing for a wedding in store for next day collection was promised it will be there, came to the store next day to collect item. After 30mins of trying to find it was told it did not get put on the delivery truck!!!
