For the most part I have no issues with this local Morrisons however some of the staff do not carry out their jobs properly, every single time I use self service the women staff are talking, no regard for those waiting for assistance, I’ve even stood and waited nearly 10 mins for them to finish their conversation just to request a bag. It tends to be the same few women who do this, not all but I’m sure you’ve had complaints before regarding this issue. As a young disabled mother I use self checkout for ease and to assist my anxiety however I try now to avoid Morrisons now as it’s become an unpleasant experience.
Staff are friendly, products are readily available most of the time and always feel welcomed by the cashiers on duty, there does need to be more cashiers on duty at some times of the day but it's a small store so it's understandable. The 2 young colleagues on the pizza counter are exceptional at what they do.nnThe only negative is the security guard doesn't seem very proactive, the times I go in the security guard is either talking to staff or standing at the podium on their phone.nnOther than that great store and great staff
Great selection of items and quiet in the evening. Worth noting that at the entrance there is glass recycling and clothes. Inside they have soft plastics recycling also. Car wash at back of carpark so you can shop and have car cleaned at same time.
Lots of parking but also lots of pot holes, the self-service is left mostly unmanned, ifyou have a issue you have to shot or look about for a member of staff it can take up to 5 minutes sometimes, no one comes there seems to be not enough staff
Great produce, clean premises, helpful staff and my kids love the little trolleys.
