Absolutely world class service. Fully comprehensive briefings on the vehicle and power chair operations. Friendly and courteous team.  After a long and difficult journey, we were totally satisfied with the service we received and well worth the trip.

Comfort Homecare in Shefford cater for all disability aids.  I recently purchased a WAV from Bob, the Sales Assistant.  He was very helpful.  He listened while I explained the needs of my father, who the car was for, and then made various suggestions.  Bob showed me how to attach the straps etc to the wheelchair and gave me a "dummy" run on pushing a wheelchair, with someone in it, up the ramp and into the car I was viewing.  The vehicle was delivered to my father's house and Bob spent a good half-an-hour going through everything with me again, this time with my dad in the chair.  He couldn't do enough for me.  I would certainly recommend this garage for anything relating to disability aids & vehicles.

I have bought both an adaptive car and an 8mph scooter on seperate occasions from this company recently. I must say from the outset the staff are very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable on all things for the mobility market. The service was second to none, not at all pushy but totally friendly and informative. I was allowed to test the scooter I purchased both inside the ample space of the showroom and outside so I could experience different surfaces and threshold ramps.
The company premises are located on an accessible industrial site in Shefford. Google maps took me to the front door where there is ample parking outside the 3 units owned by the company.
I would thoroughly recommend this company as one to try as I think you will be pleased with your experience.

Not a great experience here. Looked at the second hand boot scooters, what a state, I understand they come in needing work but surely this should be done before being displayed. Seat bolts missing, dirty scooters, was told several to look at, this was actually 3. didnt get a good vibe from staff, felt very only fools and horses (Boycie and Del Boy). Contradiction on pricing one gentleman said one price then another said another. No consistency.
