Always push you to choose first Class sighn for service. Staff is too rude the old man and Nina.never use them again.Card mechine Transaction seams dogy, it apear cash withdrawals. The guy on the shop side is so arrogant and rude.
surprised it hasn’t been shutdown they’re so terrible here go to castle bromwich instead especially the young asian guy i think he’s the owners son he’s terrible at his job and a horrible person. This place is better off shutdown.
walked 1 and a half hours to get to this post office because it said it was "open" yet when i got there its closed, absolutely ridiculous

Very poor service, avoid this branch, posted my phone here the company didn’t receive it, still showing on the tracking number in the branch
Post office closes at 18:45. Timing are not 20:00. Visit the the shop at 18:40. Inside post office was closed and shop person told to come tomorrow. I told him that in Google it's till 20:00. He said that's wrong.
Manager is a fraud! Avoid at all costs he employs teenagers and makes them work hard labour, Goes by the "1 week voluntary training" and doesn't pay The fraud likes to lick the majority british associates backsides' Absolute joker doesn't know what planet he's living on this isn't the slave trade nobody work for free nor works for a week without pay only for you to dismiss them The Royal Post office will hear about this.
Went to the post office for a passport renewal. The staff was so helpful and nice ! They even waited for me to arrive before closing. I recommend ++ !
SHOCKING!!!!! Unfortunately this is my local post office although from now on I will be using an alternative post office. Chester Road far better service! Customer service is probably’s the worst I have encountered. Rude and obnoxious staff, and how the hell do they get away with charging more than any other post offices, do these people just make up their own prices to benefit themselves? 100% taking this complaint further!!!!!!! AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!
Very rude indeed. Disgusting atmosphere.....AVOID at any cost. Always on there phones and at times insulting customers. Never seen so many rude cashiers in one shop. We will never go back. EVER!!!
