The Shake Shack burgers are delicious. Instead of the standard burger with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese, they offer gourmet burgers. I like to eat here. Compared to McDonald, I think it's a little more expensive, but I don't mind paying an extra dollars for the gourmet flavors. They also serve excellent shakes. There are many sitting options and an order kiosk at this eatery.
The food was amazing and the service was too. The only thing was that today they opened at 1am instead of 11am as it showed online.
I’m a shake shack fan, because they’re usually pretty consistent. This is our second time at this location but it’s another questionable visit. The first time, the kiosks were broken, they had so many things that were not available, shakes etc. this time I ordered a lettuce wrap shack burger and I got something that looked a little bit sad- a tiny patty and some lettuce
Ordered a burger with no lettuce and tomato and repeated it 3 times. the lady purposely gave me a burger with the wrong stuff on it. She had a horrible attitude and did not want to help anyone to the point someone from the kitchen came up to help people use the self order machines. This place sucks. never coming back.
My kids love shake shack and we’re so excited they were opening up in the south shore. While the burger and fries tasted great, our ice cream was melted upon picking it up. It don’t come with a spoon either and was placed on the takeout bag with our burgers. Maybe they need to separate it from hot food items next time?
A long time fan that was excited to have one open nearby but…STAY AWAY until after the holidays! Friendly staff but long lines, long waits after ordering, NO SHAKES?!? Seriously — and only a sign taped by the register after waiting, burgers and fries meh, watered down soft drinks and NO ORDER AHEAD — go to Wahlburgers instead and wait until they figure things out there before you overpay. They are not ready to open.
We’ve been here a couple times since they opened and the food was good. However, last night, our order was incorrect and the burgers were excessively greasy and almost soggy from the grease. Tried to call about the incorrect order but no one answered the phone. I know they recently opened so they may still be working out the kinks - but the current quality is just not great for the price. On the plus side, ordering on the kiosks is super easy and the order did come out quickly, just not satisfied by the experience overall.
Truly the best shake shack in the state. This is the definitive dining experience on all fronts. The food, immaculate, the staff, friendly, this place truly is shake shack's last hope. The employee Joey was especially helpful, an made sure my order was perfect to the T. If I ever need another meal in a hurry this would be the first place on the list. A perfect dining spot is here.
So disappointed. My husband used to get shake shack when he worked in Boston & has been trying to get me to try them forever. The food was absolutely disgusting to put it mildly. I ordered the avocado bacon burger & the burger itself was paper thin & burnt to a crisp. They put the tiniest piece of avocado in it too. I took a couple bites & had to toss it. My sisters chicken shack had a big dark hair inside of it. I ordered 1 cheese fries & 4 regular fries but got 3 regular & 2 cheese. Again, tossed. Also strange that there is a limit with online ordering to the amount of fries you can order? They only allowed us to order 3 fries online, then I had to place a separate order for the other 2. Over $70 & majority of it was inedible. Who has that kind of money to be wasting right now? Crazy that McDonald’s food is WAY better quality than what we received tonight.
first time here. ordered their signature "shack burger" which was just a tiny flat patty that had a single flat gross piece of lettuce, the bottom seemed burnt enough that the burger and cheese had fused together. it was squashed down and did not look at all like the picture, borderline gross actually. fries were salty and crispy so that was okay, but overall not a good first experience. this place wont last long, lazy execution on hamburgers
