Service is bit slow on a weekend 1 staff serving had to wait for a sandwich 15 minutes and the lady working on the tills she was brilliant other then that the place is clean and tidey
We visited yesterday afternoon, trying to find a coffee shop for x10 people before a child’s birthday party in the shopping centre. The staff were so helpful, very accommodating and we really appreciated their friendliness. The food, coffees and drinks were lovely, excellent service.
Restaurant not clean. Lots of tables with dirty crockery left on. Had to ask server to wipe the table as it is was covered in crumbs. Table behind us had milkshake on it. Ordered 2 toasties came out cold so had to send back. Paid £16 for for 2 toasties a coffee and latte really was over priced for what we received. Wont be rushing back

What a lovely place to enjoy your cuppa! The prices are reasonable, tables kept very clean, so you don't have to worry about putting anything on due to stickiness, quiet and welcoming. Loved it and will be back. Thank you!
Nice Coffee shop in the Intu Centre Derby. The decor is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly. Besides coffee, you can buy soft drinks, muffins and wraps. Nice place to catch up with friends
Poor coffee very weak , shelves all but empty of food , hardly any muffins on a Saturday lunch time, always used to be plenty to chose from , such a shame we used the cafe for years don't think we shall be returning any time soon
Tried to have a quiet coffee and snack but the music was so loud it was terrible , 2 male staff to busy flirting with each other to much work left to a younge lady to do most of the work .
This place has completely irresponsible staff. One of the staff had put expired milk in my coffee because it had an atrocious smell. I suggest that the owner of Bakers+Barristas properly trains his/hers staff and also teach then to have respect towards customers
The atmosphere here is always lovely and the staff are friendly. There is a good range of cakes, pastires and such, including one or two vegan options which have never disappointed, as well as a variety of coffees! would recommended :-
