I’m dairy free and had a Chocolate and Hazelnut frappe cream. It was very great, lived up to the title and still had dairy free cream. I used coconut milk and you couldn’t tell that i did. The staff are very lively and kind and service was quick. I strongly recommend this. A coffee was also ordered with dairy in it and was very tasty. In the photo, i had already had some of the whipped cream and chocolate on top. Dietary restrictions: They were great! They offer coconut, soya and oat. I had coconut with a chocolate and hazelnut frappe Cream. Strongly recommend as you couldn’t even tell!!!
Great coffee shop, relax atmosphere. My only complaint is that the bathroom facilities could be kept a lot cleaner and sometimes the espresso isn’t always consistent but on the whole it’s mostly great. I like to how I can watch my order being made as this is very visual satisfying for me. Autistic/ on spectrum friendly Bathroom
I visit here around once a fortnight and it's always a lovely experience. Staff members are really nice, there is lots of choices for Vegetarians, including toasties, wraps, yoghurts, pastries, cakes. They are all marked if they are Vegetarian and Vegan which is great. So many options of drinks, cold and hot, bottled, takeaway cups or drink it in. My favourite is the Hot Chocolate with Cream on, always consistent everytime I order it. Tables are always clean. They have toilets which have always been clean. A lot of seating inside and outside.
Fav coffee shop for early morning hideaway en route to work. Quite with easy access bathroom at back and a disabled one at front. Lovely music which plays for peaceful atmosphere in mornings. Outside seating which is lovely for non rainy days. Only wish they had GF options and slightly larger portions for tea.
Indoor and outdoor space. Lot of table. Good service and fast. Comfortable price.

I don't normally do chain store coffee.... But it wasn't awful. My latte was actually distinguishable from my wife's cappuccino, almost a first in a Neros. The cake was fresh moist and didn't have the texture of something that should have been binned 3 days ago. Maybe I just got lucky on fresh cake day, but I felt the place lacked the sense of apathy that's normal with this sort of establishment.
Came here today with my friend for the first time. Great welcoming service by a lovely lady on the tills. Nice setting inside. The drinks and cake we had was nice too. Will definitely be returning!
I have been a regular here for the past 2 months, coming here every other day. Real good place, exceptionally good espresso, better than Gregs by miles in terms of coffee, and better than Costa in terms of service. Very friendly staff at Nero, very efficient staff behind the counter, Chris, Jody and Abby. And the customer service of Beth is out of this world, very friendly, very welcoming, very courteous. I want to hug her as a thanks. The staff is quick, efficient to process the order, payment and have our order ready in front of us. Espresso is the best I have had after coming to the UK.
Coffee is quite good. But the place need to be refurbished... it is all dirty and looks very old :Food: 5/5
