Having decided that the stereo in my 987 just wasn't up to much I researched the web looking for the best and most suitable sat nav/ stereo that would slot straight in to place with little change aesthetically or better still an improvement. Once found I opted to not fit it myself as it was more complicated with removing trim and hiding wires, replacing speakers and so on than my usual slide out the old, new lead and slot the new in. I phoned around to discover that the price of the unit was similar everywhere but fitting varied from expensive to ridiculous. The last audio centre I tried was Sextons in Portsmouth and I am so pleased I did. Immediately I was speaking with someone who was keen to help, full of advice and had carried out the work several times before. I got a very reasonable quote so I booked in my car and took it down. 
Once there Anthony explained to me everything he was going to do, whether there wasn't anything I wanted doing and work commenced. Halfway through the job Anthony called me to let me know how it was going and how much longer it was going to take. Brilliant. I returning a little earlier than planned to watch the man carry out what was left to do. It is very reassuring watching someone who not only knows what they are doing but enjoys it. The attention to detail is superb. Door clips that were broken previously were replaced at no extra cost, sound proofing added, the amp was cleverly hidden away and no cables or wires can be seen. The unit looks superb and sounds incredible. Despite it being quite late in the day Anthony took me through how it all worked and gave me advice on how to get the best from it. For the first time since I'd owned my Porsche I actually preferred the stereo to the sound of the exhaust. It was a shame to get home and turn it off. 

I can't recommend Sextons enough. If I ever have the need for another stereo I'll be going straight back.
