Rude staff. Couldn't get served even though we were spending a fair amount on a new fridge freezer. Told abruptly that we should queue for service, even though we'd seen several staff stood together chatting on the shop floor. When we went to approach they all suddenly disappeared - so we left and spent our money in Chichester branch instead who were so much more customer focused.nThe one star is for good range of products - not that you can actually get to purchase anything!

“Mo” your customer service was ZERO! nnPossibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.  We walked up to the desk and the assistant just stared at us.  We were not greeted with a “hello” or “how can I help?”  When we spoke and told him that we were here to collect our item, he simply walked away with without saying a word.   He then returned with the item and told us we should have a code which was the first time he spoke! We looked at our emails and couldn’t find anything.  When we stopped searching and told him that we couldn’t find it on our confirmation email, he then replied “I’ve only just sent it now”. Why didn’t he say that in the first place?! Such a lack of communication and courtesy.  It is clear that Curry’s do NOT train their staff in any way with regards to customer service.  We were not even furnished with the bare minimum of a simple ‘hello’ or “thank you”.  On leaving I bluntly commended him on his fantastic professionalism and engagement - again he looked blankly at us but this time he wore a smirk on his face!  Unbelievable!  His name was ‘Mo’ we feel “Mo” needs to brought up to speed in common courtesy.  Not at all good enough I’m afraid . We certainly will not be back and I intend to spread the word!

We went to the shop and ordered a fridge freezer and it was delivered on time BUT the two men who delivered it were extremely rude. They were just going to dump it in the hall, but being OAP's, that was not an option, so they were made to put it in the kitchen where we wanted it, they didn't level it, so my partner had to do it  Our old f/f was supposed to be picked up as well  which had been paid for but we were told that they were only delivery men and so it was left in the hall it was an American style one. My partner complained the next day,, and very much to their credit, it was picked up the day after.

Vacuum sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. Discussed my planned usage, helpful in sourcing the correct product for my needs. I was able to try a few out which enabled me to make a decision.  I have been very satisfied with the vacuum.  Whole process was faultless.

Mis-sold a phone and answering machine to my parents. There was no answering machine!nnReturned phone back to store. The chap on Customer Service, obviously lacked any sort of Customer Service but gave full refund.nnWe selected the correct item which included an answering machine,  went to pay and no one there to take payment. Had to asked a member of the shop floor if anyone waw serving. Lots of staff but no one seemed to know what they were doing !nnEventually got what we needed and got out - wouldntn
