Needed epson ink refill had tried other places on Internet for compatibles and they didn't work. Quick phone call to Portsmouth ink store picked up one colour to trial. Success and considerably cheaper than originals work loads more ink. Know where I will be going in future. Thanks for yourhelp.

Always super helpful. Brilliant staff. Recently fixed friends laptop who'd been paying £15 monthly to a large 'world' company and mever fixed problem. They did and charged her £35. Needless to day her direct debit to the large pc company has been cancelled and her partners too!!!! Well done ink store!!!!

Recently picked up my laptop from Portsmouth Ink Store and had excellent customer service. The guy who served me knew exactly what the problem was with my laptop, and it was fixed quickly and cheaply. I was also advised on the correct ink for my printer and will definitely be going back when I run out! The store was easy to access and the perfect location on the high street. Portsmouth Ink Store was recommended to me by a friend and I'll ensure I do the same!

We have been using Portsmouth Ink Store for well over a year now and can honestly say these guys are a pleasure to deal with. We have made big savings on laser toner and ink cartridges without ever compromising print quality. These guys have never let us down and with a large business such as ours we tend to go through a lot of ink and therefore need a reliable supplier. Any issues have always been resolve promptly in a professional manner. Keep up the good work guys and thanks again.

I went in to get my computer and my laptop fixed. These guys took no time at all to diagnose the problems with my respective devices and did it free of charge! All the while, they kept me fully informed on what was happening. Then they showed me the costs for fixing my devices, costs which they had written on a sheet so it was evident they weren't pulling numbers out of thin air. After fixing my computer perfectly and even making sure it was running fast, they asked me before deciding to put screws in my laptop; a decision which I was fine with but it showed professionalism that they asked before making any decisions for me. Lastly, upon returning my devices fully functional, they elucidated to me what the problems were, how they fixed them, and to contact them should I have any issues. Altogether a thoroughly professional experience and I will certainly be using them again should I have any technical quagmires. Would recommend!
