Amazing last minute visit today to get me back on the road had a problem using online recognition so thought I would give a public review to let everyone know that the service was amazing with less than ten minutes before closing edd helped get the right battery for me even when we had a small problem then after they where closed edd, brian and John all stayed and tried everything to get my bike running even going back into the store in the end as a last resort these employees went above and beyond to ensure i got on the road even attempting to jump start the bike and ended up staying and doing over 45 mins unpaid overtime thank you so much guys will be getting you all a gift as thanks

A Top class service and customer care from the store manager Simon ,
He found a part for my Next base and at no cost as we have 9 cameras all purchased from Halfords.
Next base mounts have a manufacturer fault with the windscreen mount as it breaks in hot weather.

The young man that served me was very helpful. He found the part needed to fix my bike and booked it in for repair for Friday coming. Result. 😊

Attended the store Sunday 26/02/2017 to buy new car seat for my daughter.  We were looked after by a really helpful team member called Brian.  Not only was he rushed of his feet helping customers he was providing support to other members of the team.   Even my daughter who is 6 commented on how nice and helpful he was.  He is a really asset to your store.  Keep up the good work  Brain! :O)
