What a great experience from start to finish. The team were so knowledgeable, with a refreshingly easy approach. The result was a system beyond our expectations. With some subtle prompts we finally chose a high end audio system which delivers maximum quality whilst still within our budget. We will be back no doubt for future upgrades. James and the team provided a first class service when installing my new turntable and amp recently. Customer service top notch with Gavin coming out the same day to rectify a subsequent issue with the turntable connectors. Based on my experience I will consider them first again if I want any more hi-fi or a new home cinema system despite them not being my closest hi fi dealership

Helpful and friendly but struggle to compete on price. The TV I wanted was £2100 here but I managed to buy it direct from the manufacturer for £1750 - with the same 5yr manufacturer's guarantee. I can tolerate a bit more expensive to support the high street, but not £350 on a single item.

Truly Exceptional Professional Customer Service in these Covid Lockdown Times… I decided to upgrade a very dated ‘all in home’ home cinema system and was baffled by the overwhelming choices online. I telephoned the Sevenoaks store and received friendly, professional, unbiased advice. Gavin the Assistant Manager helped me answer my questions about home cinema systems, speakers and cabling and I felt confident in the choice of equipment I decided to purchase. Delivery was fast, safe and packaged to perfection – all equipment arrived in pristine condition. The only fault to do with two speaker cable plugs were corrected by an immediate same day dispatch of replacement plugs. Outstanding customer service and highly recommended.
