We have been customers of Grahams for four years, having inherited an automated home system that they had installed for the previous owners. The system was totally alien to us. From our initial contact to the present day, Grahams have offered us excellent advice, support and service. Their technical expertise goes without saying but a further strength is the company’s capacity to relate to its customers and respond proactively in meeting their needs. Recently, we needed to replace our TV to offer an enhanced viewing experience necessitated by my increasingly low vision. I contacted Will, Operations Director, who not only understood my problem but spent a considerable amount of time researching solutions, visiting us and offering us invaluable advice. He was patient and understanding throughout, which enabled us to find the appropriate solution. Having chosen a suitable model, the installation was carried out by two engineers, Tony and Bailey who arrived promptly and were charming, respectful and helpful. The work was carried out professionally and successfully without fuss. The site was left clean and tidy. Although Tony had some issues when updating the Control 4 system, he was patient and determined to complete the work satisfactorily. We are very pleased with the work and Tony and Bailey are a credit to the company.We have total confidence in Grahams. The company offers excellent service with a very welcome human touch.
Grahams managed the installation of a data network and audio system in our house while a major refurbishment was taking place. They were incredible - well-organised, liaised seamlessly with architects and builders, installed everything perfectly and we have been delighted with the system .. and haven't ever had a single problem. They recently specified and installed a new TV for us .. the same fantastic experience. I could not recommend them highly enough .. this high quality of attention and service delivery is rare these days.
Grahams Hifi fitted out my system on 2019. They provided me with a "second hand" Arcam Unit which failed within a few years. I hired another AV company who told me that I had been massively over specd ie sold me things that I didn't really need at high ££. They charge ridiculous hourly rate for installation. Wouldn't recommend to anybody to use them. Many others better- it's a genuine review no agenda, just don't want others to make the same mistake.
Went in for a minor bit of equipment they could not have been more helpful and helped me fit it. A real gem of a place
Grahams were very accommodating when I had a last minute request to demo a pair of B&Ws which I ended up purchasing. Service was fantastic throughout. Very knowledgeable staff and they didn’t attempt to up sell, making sure that I selected equipment that was fit for my system. Would highly recommend.
One of the last real hi-fi shops left in London. Demo facilities are excellent and I could have chatted to Paul for hours.
Excellent service. We moved into a house that had previously had a Grahams Hi-Fi system put into it. They gladly offered to come help us with it for free without us asking. Which was amazing. Really nice and friendly people who definitely know their stuff. They say you should judge a business on it's after-care... This is really A++
The best Hifi experts in London. They’d rather sell you a £12 drive belt than a £130 motor upgrade for your deck if that’s all you really need, and have you go away happy. And they treat you with the same friendly helpfulness whether you’re buying a budget cartridge or a £140,000 system - and yes, they do sell both! Simply the best. I’ve been going there since the early ‘80s and will never change
Had the pleasure of dealing with their service department. Amazing from start to finish. Not only did they give solid, honest and practical advice, they went that extra mile for me in after service care. Totally worth getting their view on the art of bespoking sound systems and upgrades. My Linn now sounds absolutely fabulous thanks to Ray!
I recently started my journey into HiFi and HomeTheatre experience. We walked around London and decided to pop up in a random HiFi store. Grahams Hi-Fi turned out to be the nearest one. Despite many awards at the entrance the staff been pretty demotivated to interact with us. We felt unwelcome and left the store. Not sure how they survive with this attitude.
