Great shop in the heart of the West End. Everything for the dj nice show room with friendly helpful staff. Good stock when you need something today and not have to order. Recommended!

!!!!!!AVOID!!!!!!! Worst experience ever. First of all wouldnt honour price match and laughed at me. Then when I did order only one item they Sent faulty goods. Waited in three separate days and used holidays to be told it was my fault they didn’t pick up faulty item. Spoke to a manager who assured me it won’t happen again. Yep it did. Worst customer service ever. I think the guy eats paint and licks batteries instead of dealing with complaints. If you want poor service and fault goods shop here!!! Will be making a claim through my bank by the looks. Not the experience you want. Please Shop elsewhere and save you any of this agro

Went here hoping to benefit from know how of staff and friendly faces, expecting a mark up compared to online prices, but was shocked at customer service and poor people skills. Waited for five minutes whilst 4/5 staff had a conversation, finally served by a guy who didn’t seem to understand I was there to get help, and rather than leaving with a few hundred pounds worth of kit, left feeling like I had wasted my time. Asked me demeaning questions and just tried to sell me expensive kit. No support and I should have just stayed online. Surprised they’re open still tbh. 0/5

The guys went above and beyond for me. Didn't have the item I needed in stock, but gave me the demo to use until it arrived. In london for 3 days before flying out again so was really appreciated. Literally couldn't of been more helpful.

Went in looking at buying either a CDJ3000 or Denon setup. Spent five minutes being ignored as they were all too busy talking amongst themselves to notice any customers in the shop. Walked out again, will spend my money online instead.

Excellent shop, its always a bit daunting walking into a place that knows their stuff when toy are not totally sure, but Westend DJ is brilliant. I was after a specific item but was unsure of exactly which version of it I needed, I explained what I was after and my use case and not only did the staff understand my question, one member if staff actually had the item I was looking at and explained how it would work in my use case and it the second use case I outlined. Its all sounds complicated but what it amounts to is the customer service is excellent, I was given information I needed and bought there and then because I was fully confident that they knew what I needed. Brilliant,
