On Friday, I went to the store and had a great experience thanks to Juan and Josh. They were incredibly helpful, answering all my questions with patience. Their assistance made my shopping smooth and enjoyable, and they even helped me pick out and purchase some products. I left the store feeling satisfied and well taken care of, thanks to their excellent customer service.
I would give zero stars if possible, not because of the repair service for my faulty device, as it was fixed—though it was expensive—but due to the lack of professionalism displayed by a lady in charge on the afternoon of Thursday, June 22, 2024. She was unwelcoming, and was rude and interrupting. I believe she needs training on how to interact with customers, with a focus on maintaining a smiling and cheerful demeanour.
Just today, I had a fantastic experience, the staff are very knowledgeable, very well informed, super fast, super friendly they attended to me immediately. In special Pablo and Juan super fast in providing a resolution and always with a smile on their faces. Higthly recommend this store. Thanks guys you are the best!

Very good experience. The problem was software and the staff spent over 40 min searching and resolving the problem when they not have to. This builds up tremendouse good will. Well done. Much appreciated.
Fantastic support! A tourist with my daughter visiting London. My phone had been stolen. I was allowed to phone home to connect with my husband. I manage to buy quickly a new phone. I was told where to buy a SIM card and then return back to the iStore to set up the new phone. I was allowed again to phone home so I could connect with my husband icloud details and setup the new phone. Amazing!
Walked in to fix my ipad charging issue. Jordan was such a gentleman, so kind that he fixed it within 5mins and that too free of charge!!!! Would recommend this store anyday.
All staff at iStore Strand were exceptionally helpful, as wee as patient and polite. In particular, Juan went beyond the call of duty to advise on and solve my problems with synchronising iPhone, iPad snd Mac Air systems. I can recommend this iStore to anyone.
