I bought an apartment with Seven Capital at Birmingham. The project had been delayed for almost one year. However, their team of staff members, i.e. Sharon and Katie, are very efficient and really did a fantastic job in the hand-over of our apartment.
2.5% net yield. Do not use this company for investment. Use it to give your money away cheaply. They will win, you will loose. Email me for info I have all the proof. All projects will be delayed. Just avoid. DYOR this is not for the wise
