If you're looking for a house agency that specializes in rodent infestations and moldy living spaces, then look no further than this place! I recently had the displeasure of viewing a room in Birmingham with this agency and I have to say, it was a truly unforgettable experience. The smell of mold was so strong it was almost palpable, and to top it off, there was an undisturbed mouse munching away in the room. I was absolutely appalled, but the cherry on top was the agent's complete lack of concern or acknowledgement of the situation. If you're someone who enjoys living with rodents and respiratory issues, then this might be the agency for you. But for anyone else, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Every concern I had was dealt with and resolved in an efficient and attentive manner. She was a reassuring presence amidst the otherwise stressful time. Absolutely atrocious! Messed a friend of mine around, for months! Now he’s on the streets! Nobody seems to know their ar*e from their elbow. Arranging a simple viewing, is near-impossible. They’re constantly making promises that they can’t keep, then they pretend to be concerned when you complain. They feed you a ton of ‘what you want to hear’, to give you the impression that your welfare matters to them - it doesn’t! Then they offer you empty apologies…and then do the exact same thing again. Not sure why they’ve messed him about so much - one can only assume it’s because his skin colour doesn’t fit. Avoid like the plague.
Very bad service from the entire team. The sales executives who came to show the property was not at all fair in his behaviour. He was very rude and impatient. Also, after viewing the property, he said to call to their office number for further details and proceedings. I tried so many times and after many attempts they picked the call and told me that their team will call regarding the application process. I waited so long but no response. Again, I contacted them then they send a mail to process my application. Whatever they have asked, I had produced to them instantly. Then one of their team members said now the application is processed and they must get the consent from the landlord. Ok. I waited for 5 days, but I didn't get the response. Again, I contacted them to ask about the status of my application. Then they informed me that your application was unsuccessful. How unprofessional this team. I don't understand their customer management system. No professionalism in their work. First time I had this experience from UK. Very bad and unprofessional management without work ethics. If your service offered to people in a particular section then please mention it in your website. So that other people can avoid your service.
I just got married and was looking for a place to move in with my wife as her tenancy agreement came to an end. After searching everywhere and with no luck. I finally came to Midland Housing. They were prompt and professional and got me moved in within 2 weeks. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place. Cant thank you enough Midland Housing <3
