We pay them 100s of pounds for them to do absolutely nothing, this is the state of our road right now after paying them TWO yearly instalments. Road / green space management is a myth. All they've managed to do is knock on the door saying we should put our satellite dish on the floor, big jokers!
What can I say they are the worst company I have ever delt with. They set up a direct debit when I moved into my new home never took any money I rang and asked if everything was ok. I was told it was and it was up to date that was why no money had been take. I checked twice then 12 months later I get a bill for the whole previous year and the following year as that had not done their jobs right. They told me to cancel the direct debit and set up a new one and that payment has been going out fine. I am now expected to fine a whole years servise charge and just give it to them and the servise is rubbish to top it off. Don't trust them they all lie they say they have called and sent emails and they haven't.
Over 8 weeks and still no response to a minor alteration, it's a joke, they want paying quick enough though, but they then appear to do very little in return, just show pending on the farcical property portal. Lots of breaches of design guidelines in the area and they do nothing. I'm beginning to wonder should we have applied in the first place as they clearly don't seem too interested in what we've asked for or what others are doing. EDIT: Just tried to call them to chase the application up, and after 11 minutes I am still on hold, An advisor will be with you ASAP ! I have hung up. WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON THERE? NOT GOOD ENOUGH BVT!
This housing association is so biased they will always put works housing society & people with an area connection to Birmingham in priority 1 and priority 2. This is there order of priorities -: Priority 1 - Household applying for Bournville Works Housing Society property Priority 2 - Connection to the Local Authority area Birmingham Priority 3 - Band A Priority 4 - Band B Priority 5 - Band C Priority 6 - Band D So as you can see if you are in a band A, B, C or D you stand no chance because will be in a crazy bid position like number 72 or higher. This is very unfair and they purposely do this so only people who are works housing society or got a local connection to Birmingham will stand a chance of getting a property. Why don't you put people who are in band A as priority 1 for a change rather than low done in priority 3. Stop being prejudice and show fairness to all the bands!

My partner suffered a very traumatic experience where there was an accident in our home that caused an explosion and blew our windows out. BVT came and boarded up our windows but after waiting a week for further action to be taken i contacted BVT only to be told that it wasn't their problem and we had to replace them ourselves. We have rented for nearly 15 years and to be treated like this is disgusting
Appalling, unreliable, totally unprofessional and very, very lazy. BVT were tendered by my maintenance company to keep the area clean and tidy. My drive is currently covered in piles of wet leaves, and has been in this state for months. FINALLY, BVT were instructed to come and clear things up. I was advised when they would come and what they'd been instructed to do. They did come, but something unbelievable happened. I actually WATCHED one of the contractors walk over to my drive, LOOK at the leaves, WALK AWAY, get back into his van and drive off. I've been promised it will be sorted. I'm still waiting three weeks and numerous requests later. Totally and utterly untrustworthy.
The receptionist is always very helpful and listenes to your queries.
Nice clean place, sorted a few problems out, staff ok.
The landscape team came today in awful weather and did a great job of cutting down tree and hedge that were coming onto my property from the trusts land.They were cheerful, helpful and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.Excellent courteous service..thank-you.
