OK venue, with decent amount of car parking. Can get VERY busy, so booking is advisable. Obviously, on a busy day, the waiting time for food can be lengthy...and this can result in a breakdown of quality. Decent enough menu, but slightly pricey for what you get. Friendly and welcoming staff, lots of seating...both inside and out, free WiFi...offers a nice view over the surrounding countryside. Buses from/to Petersfield stop, almost at the front door. Worth a visit...but plan your visiting times.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but honestly our visit here today was absolutely awful! Been to the seven stars many times before and after this time I will never be going back. The waiting staff were absolutely horrendous, walking around cuddling each other and linking arms, so unprofessional. Slamming food down infront of you, not checking if anything was okay or whether you needed anything else. Had to ask for the menu a few times and when pudding was slammed infront of me the waitress walked off in what seem to be a huff bearing in mind we’d not been given any cutlery.... what are we meant to get with our hands? So we had to get our own cutlery. When questioned at the end of the meal with an employee we were told that it was a Sunday and due to this the staff seem to forget things! A very limp apology for their behaviour was all we got. Absolutely disgusting. Ever waitress in here was rude and couldn’t be bothered. Great Easter meal thanks. If i could leave a minus star I would.

Not overly keen on this place. We were there for a family birthday party/celebration on Boxing Day 2017. The service wasn’t good. And when one of our party members complained politely about some of the food, the young restaurant manager basically shot him down loudly in front of everyone. Food was cold too. Staff really didn’t want to be there and we had to physically pass people’s meals to each other as the staff wouldn’t walk round the table when serving main. Not something I’d pay to experience again. Such a shame.

Only popped in to meet with some friends and have a coffee. However, it was a lovely pub inside with the restaurant to one side. Very well laid out and I shall teturn for a better look round in the near future. Big car park which was only partially filled on a work day .

Nice busy pub /restaurant. Just had a Sunday roast one Chicken one Beef. Everything about the food was lovely and would recommend, apart from the Beef! Couldn't cut with the knife only rip it! Tried a little but was very chewy and seemed to have lots of grissle. Shame as rest was great . Waitress said she would send manager over but 15 mins later still nothing. Looks like I'm heading to the bar to complain.
