Always busy because they are good. Get a price from their website and usually they will stick to it - stock permitting. Nice staff and a safe, competent tyre change every time I've used them.
MOT on the car today, it had a small problem. Car was fixed with a few hours, no fuss and not a big bill !. Trust them, they didn't let me down. Will be using them again.
Called with no appointment as tyre pressure warning had come in car re one rear tyre. All 4 tyres quickly checked and inflated to correct pressure. No charge!

Poor - took my friend there thinking I have used all the SE Tyres - why not give this one a go too.......enormous contrast to the usual excellent service of Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Uckfield - more expensive on tyres than other branches by a long shot same day quotes compared and they just ratchet gunned the nuts on and not surprisingly the torque wrench was not needed - that is a nono in my book - means they are invariably overtightened and impossible to undo if you have to change a tyre with the car tools for a puncture. Next my wife arranged for a diagnostic service of my ABS - turned up 10 minutes early to a 9AM appointment and I was told it would be at least two hours after having to "grill" them to get some idea.... I nearly cancelled there and then This was quoted to my wife at £66.00 per hour and it wouldn't take long....So I go and have breakfast next door recommend that and visit the reclaim place recommend that too and eventually spot my car move.....so I come across and follow it down and 5 minutes later off to the front desk where I am told "£66.00 and someone has been playing at fitting new parts and they have cleared the fault" Really I said? thats it? "yeah" and proudly announced "we cleared the fault!" So how much to actually fix the ABS? I am still waiting for a price guessing they didnt diagnose anything lol.....and i also asked how much to swap out the glowplugs? still waiting for a price!.........£66.00 to diagnose NOTHING and reset the fault. The bill says Check ABS & cleared fault - Obviously I didnt even get out the carpark and the ABS light is on - so i am still puzzling at what the desk was proudly boasting about. All I wanted to know is which side is displaying the fault and what their diagnostic tool actually said Eg connection error....Definitely a case of it would have been cheaper to just buy the parts and swap everything out and by the way my £20 diagnostic tool clears faults........and doesnt cost me two hours of my wasted time...... but £66.00 to find out I shall never use these people again - Priceless

Never again! When I arrived at 09:30 I was told there would be a little wait as there were 3 cars in front of me for tyres and asked me to wait in my car. They finally got round to me at 11:20 almost 2 hours later! The staff were rude and unhelpful
Dropped by to get some new tyres fitted on a car I had just bought. They had the tyres in stock and fitted them straight away and in good time as well. Couldn't have asked for more.
I needed 4 new tyres quickly. I turned up with no appointment. They did it there and then. Polite and professional.
Needed a new tyre after a puncture. Staff very friendly and helpful. One of the few motoring places that when you leave, you don't feel as if you have been ripped off.
