We approached Dan of Jones Britain to design a kitchen for our new build house. We immediately felt at ease and it became clear very quickly that he is a designer, not a sales rep. He asked me lots of questions at our first meeting and actually listened to my responses. When he revealed the design to us some weeks later, I don't think we changed anything. I was blown away. Debbie has always been on hand in the showroom to answer my questions and give another opinion. Communication throughout has been truly outstanding. Marcin our kitchen fitter is an absolute genius at what he does. His standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail matches the rest of my experience with Jones Britain. I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and couldn't possibly use anyone else - or recommend anyone else. Our kitchen is perfect, and we are absolutely over the moon. I worked with Dan to produce exactly the right kitchen design for my space. The process was enjoyable and stress free and I had answers to questions without fail from beginning to end. The installer worked cleanly and professionally until the job was complete. All in all I would recommend Jones Britain without hesitation to anyone
Hugely impressed from start to finish. Big challenge for Dan to design our small kitchen with not a straight wall in sight. Beautiful design achieved to fully use space and layout. We feel we got a quality finish that was expertly installed by the fitting team. Impressive. Love it.
