We approached HKS for our new utility room, which was a shell - so we needed a brand new layout etc. Lloyd was excellent at advising us what layout would work best for the space. We had a specific idea on the design and HKS matched the exact colour we wanted and also sourced the stone top at a cheaper price for us. The end result is perfect! The fitter was extremely experienced and friendly too. We are absolutely delighted with our stunning new utility room, it’s exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend HKS!
Recently called in the HKS showroom Heathfield to ask if replacement hinges for our bedroom cupboards were available. Bear in mind our cupboards were fitted in 1995 and have performed without any problems since installation. HKS offered to look through their warehouse to see if any were available and the next day the answer was yes. When picked up - NO CHARGE!! You can't get better service than that. Many thanks.
HKS supplied and installed a Quooker tap for us. We were impressed with the care and attention that Lloyd took to assess the work involved to retro-fit the new tap into our existing kitchen. He took a lot of photos of our existing plumbing and then conducted a Zoom call with HKS's trusted fitter Dave to make sure the plumbing quote was complete and that everything would work. All this preparation meant that the installation was done beautifully on the day with no issues or unforeseen problems, and therefore no stress for us, the clients. Very reliable and professional from start to finish.
As part of a major development of my house HKS Interiors supplied me with both fitted wardrobes for a Dressing Room and fitted furniture for a Study. I have been very pleased with all aspects of this work - from the design of the furniture, the quality of the materials used and the fitting on site. Perhaps even more importantly, although a couple of minor snagging items occurred post-fitting these were rectified very soon after I notified HKS of the problems. I have also found everyone that I have dealt with at HKS to be polite, helpful and friendly. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
Iam the owner of Dab carpentry we install high quality kitchens and bathrooms, I stumbled upon HKS via a client whom I was working for about 7 years ago, he introduced me to Lloyd and his team and since then I have used HKS on a regular basis as and when the project requirements allow. I have found the Team at HKS extremely helpful in everything from deliveries to online Technical support. I would not hesitate to recommend HKS and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.
