Very helpful and friendly staff. They have a good selection of free from products, their frozen free from section could be improved: However location of free from within bread and onsite baked goods could be moved as I keep finding other customers have left wheat based products within a no wheat foods section could cause issues for those buying for others especially within Christmas season. But it's on downside is due to the size of the shop floor. I hope head office reads this and improves the lay out of the store.
The staff are very friendly and and helpful and the store is pretty well stocked and very neat. I just wish this Sainsbury's branch was bigger as I can't buy all my weekly food there. If anything, they should have more tills open especially when it gets busy. Alot of people don't like using the customer operated ones. Please restock pizza bases. They disappeared from shelf!!!!!
So many items I'd like are not in this store. Some empty shelves only part way through the day. Stock control needs to be improved
Visiting the UK for the first time in six years and really shocked at how things have changed. Shelves with big gaps everything looking a little tired and grubby. Prices well ridiculous compared to my local supermarket now. Not just Sainsbury's but everywhere cannot say I will rush back I feel that standards have slipped and nobody cares.
It's not bad. Didn't like their covid approach, there was none!!! ,but time moves on. I'm not that impressed with the fruit and veg. It all seems tired and not presented very well.
This is a small branch of Sainsburys much like a Local and has its own car park with a good number of spaces, helpful staff and has what you need for a quick lunch or small shop.
The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the variety of produce has dropped significantly in the last 18 months or so, so no longer my go to Supermarket in Heathfield.
It was fine bit of a queue so maybe understaffed. Quite small too but it's Heathfield so nothing is particularly excellent.
Whizzed into this branch at Heathfield to grab a couple of items. I asked a member of staff to point me in the direction of tomato puree. He was extremely helpful, he stopped putting out the items he was unpacking and took me to the shelf. The area where the tubes of tomato puree should have been were empty but he spotted some boxes stacked on top of the shelves high up and fortunately they had what I required inside. He went out of his way to be helpful and was extremely polite. A big thank you for making my visit speedy, successful and a pleasure
Small, definitely more like a "local", but has all the basics plus a bit more. Has it's own car park. No toilet.
