Excellent service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable lady in the shop, the gentleman who came to quote obviously knew his stuff. The installation team very great, they sheeted the floors did the installation hoovered up all in a day. Great job. Would highly recommend this company. We live at the beach and we rang to say that the chimney was rattling when the wind was blowing a gale, they were there within days and fitted extra stays no extra charge. Not many companies do that these days.

Skilled and efficient delivery and installation. We are delighted with our wood burner and highly recommend the service we received from start to finish with Woodstock Fires!

From the outset the service was outstanding. I knew the fire we wanted - a Clearview and it is perfect, and extremely efficient. We were told on ordering that it would take time as the uptake on Stoves is very high. The fitters have gone above and beyond the call of duty in their care and quality of their work, and we would recommend them wholeheartedly. This shop seems to have been given some scathing reviews, which given our experience seems to be grossly unfair. Maybe the way you treat people has an effect on the way they treat you?!

Our initial visit to the shop was very promising. A knowledgable woman advised us and this was followed by a helpful visit from the owner. We decided on the fire for us. That's when the trouble started. After a few weeks the installer visited us and when he did he was surly and seemed uninterested in doing the job. Hearing nothing for two weeks I phoned the shop, who wanted an extra £100 for the installer to come back for a second look. I agreed but he never came. After yet another month I phoned the shop again and they managed to get the installer to telephone me. He was unapologetic but did agree to get back to me to make another appointment. That was the last I heard from him. After leaving it a few weeks I outlined the whole dismal history to Woodstock fires on their web contact form, asking for their advice as to how we should proceed. Astonishingly, they never replied. In summary, they stock wide range of fires and are happy to discuss your choice of fire, but then seem to have no interest in going beyond that. I wouldn't go back there except to collect brochures.
