Seriously Sofas are lovely people with lovely products. Andrew was so helpful to us in store and a pleasure to deal with, delivering the sofas perfectly. Ruth kept me updated and was brilliant, despite several hiccups we had to deal with along the way. The measure of a business (to me) is how they deal with problems, rather than successes. We faced some delays with both of our orders and Ruth kept me updated, was honest about the cause and resolution and was so lovely about everything. I'm completely happy with the Tapas modular set we ordered and my wife loves her Zoe chair. The dog's perfectly happy with the sofa, but thinks the swivelling chair is scary - so a win all round. In 2027, when I next want a new couch, I'll probably be back.

Very surprised to read the negative review below, as this was the polar opposite of our experience! (As from that of all the other reviewers too!) Both Ruth and Andrew have been extremely helpful from our first visit to the delivery of our furniture, which involved two early morning trips by Andrew to the south coast! Communication with us has been excellent throughout, and we are delighted with the finished product. Many thanks to both Ruth and Andrew, and we will be highly recommending Seriously Sofas to everyone! John and Dominic

We recently bought a sofa from Seriously sofas. We had just moved into a new flat and had no sofa as our existing sofa would not fit into the flat due to a small staircase. Ruth and Andrew were extremely helpful, assisting us to choose the appropriate style of sofa. They also lent us a sofa, similar to the style we were ordering, to use whilst we were waiting for ours to be made. The sofa was delivered on time, in fact slightly earlier than we had expected. We would highly recommend Seriously Sofas and the beautiful Tapas style sofa that we bought. It is ridiculously comfortable and becomes a bed for guests, which is handy when you live in a flat.

I went in the store this morning with my 2 children. I've wanted to go inside for months but am usually too busy. So I took the opportunity this morning. The man working in the shop glared at us as we walked in and did not offer a greeting of any sort. Myself and the children were looking at and trying the sofa's not for fun but because we are moving house in a few weeks and need a new sofa. The children were impeccably behaved. The man continued to ignore us even as we were right behind him discussing the sofa's. We slowly walked out and I tried to catch his eye. He again gave me what I would describe as "a get out of my shop" look. Shame as the products are beautiful but I have never felt so unwelcome in a shop all of my life.
