I've been to this Argos three times over the past 10 years - one of those times was to redeem a voucher I had received and I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy - and I've always received good service. In the run up to Christmas I wanted to buy my friend's son a toy so I looked at the Argos website and I found this ride on car. I reserved it online (I'd hat to go to the shop to be told they didn't have it in stock), went to the shop paid and waited about 5 minutes in the waiting area and I got the item and was out of the shop within 10 minutes of walking in. This was quite a feat as I'd expected it to take longer because Christmas. The staff were friendly and helpful.

They could do with installing the computer terminals to look up what you want, as I had to use my phone, to both look up the product number and check the stock. The human interaction was friendly and efficient.

Store with incredibly fast service. It has never taken longer than five minutes from placing an order to receiving my items. + Store has four rows of catalogues available. + Orders can be placed on automatic checkout machines, or over counter. + Place is generally quiet, and not too busy. + Fast service. + Seating available as you wait. + Friendly staff.
