Summary: IT systems and staff are not quite up to par, but their furniture seemingly is. Review: I tend to avoid doing complex shopping at central London branches, as most staff seem to be busy and/or disinterested, and lack the personal touch, so instead went to Kingston branch (incidentally, very interesting building this branch's showroom is in, too, which was nice!). Justin was very helpful, but he had a job with the BoConcept IT system to get us simple pricing options for the sofa we were considering, which took time and effort to get in store. Getting info on interest free credit options was somewhat difficult too. However, the info was gotten eventually, and a couple of days later after checking measurements I phoned the order in to store. Was told end of Feb for delivery, but had to wrangle with HQ office after phoning them to check delivery near said Feb date, only to find was late-Mar instead. Bit annoying, as item needed, but was refunded £100 good will gesture. HQ staff are also not very proactive, and one has to chase a couple of times for things to happen. Sofa arrived late-Mar, and the best bit is that it's exactly as wanted! The "Indivi 2" sofa (low arms model) is a really great product. ESPECIALLY for one reason: the cushions are filled with decent *FIRM* foam, and underneath frame is well sprung, giving a nice and firm seating to relax on, rather like a day-bed. (trust me, from heavily shopping around, most other companies have horribly uncomfortable spongy seating sofas as their ONLY options, which sink the moment you sit on them!). So all in all, one of the best sofas I could find, just let down a bit by difficult IT systems, and head office communications to customer.

What a delight! Service was excellent and staff very helpful. Best of all they offer a free interior design sevice if you want it. Would definitely recommend.
