Did not enjoy my experience. Very spiteful hairdresser who done my weave. She did my hair all wrong and when I said that I was not happy at first and told her to do it again properly she got upset so will not be returning again.

I have been a client of Semone for over 10 years and I would not recommend any other stylist or salon, for hair care. Semone is a knowledgable, talented and professional stylist, who visualises what her clients want and works hard to achieve the results the client wants. Absolutely love visiting Semone Lennon Hair, it's always so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Semone for always making me look and feel amazing.

Dear Abbey Young 
I am very alarmed that you would write such a review that is mostly false, there were no indication that you wasn't happy with the service provided, you gleamed with happiness and thanked me on both application and removal.
You came to me to add volume to your very over bleached, damaged hair, when asked why your hair was so thin, you said its from bleaching yourself at home and after you would go into a salon to get it corrected.

In regards to the cost - the cost per single track is £10, however you wanted more volume and the tracks had to be doubled at £20 per row and not £25 as stated in your review.
The tracks you had is a very safe method of hair extensions, and is very popular, however you bought a very bad quality hair from the internet and kept it in for 3 months - you admitted you washed your hair everyday and didn't  look after your extensions properly, i had advised you on how to care for your extensions at home. I was more than happy to assisted you with the removal at the normal removal cost, which took way more time than anticipated, washing matted hair everyday, bought from disreputable hair vendors is never a good idea. 

I was 30 mins late for your removal because you gave me little notice that you got your hair tangled and wanted to remove (i had to reschedule other appointments to fit you in) i also recommended you keep them for 2months maximum but you kept them in for 3 months.

I am sorry you later decided you're not happy with the experience, i run a very professional salon and if at anytime you need advise on how to care for your hair extensions/hair bleaching don't hesitate to call in, in addition we offer effective treatments for over bleached/damaged hair, i would like to invite you back in for a couple of treatments.

Very bad experience i had never had weave sown in before and explained this to her so she heavly over charged me. I paid £25 per track where most shops are £10 per track but at the time i didnt know this. She done the cainrows for my tracks so thin and done double weft extensions on the thin cainrow so the weave was extra heavy on my head. I went back again to get it taken out. I made an appointment and  firstly she said can i arrive at 10.30am then said can i come for 11am instead when i had already left to come to the shop for 10.30am so i said okay and looked around shops before hand as i had 30mins to spare. I arrived at the shop at 11 but the shop wasnt even open she said she was near by and wont be long, i ended up waiting over an hour for her to arrive for the appointment at 11. She arrived after 12. When taking the weave out she used a comb and tugged on my hair very hard and damaged my hair. Even though my hair was thin before the weave now it looks even worse. And loads of it has fallen out due to the way she was tugging hard on my hair, it looks thin and barley any of it. And hurt my head alot. Would not recommend anyone going here.
