If I could rate 0 stars I would. A very unprofessional salon. I called the day before to make an appointment and when I arrived, they made me wait and didn't even know what I was there for. Majority of staff don't even speak English, and they sat me down for a haircut when I asked for colour and highlights because they couldn't understand what I was saying. Once it was my turn, they added a solution called 'colour corrector', and I specifically asked them if it was bleach and they said no. It started to really itch and burn my scalp. Once they washed it off, my hair turned orange, very rough and it wouldn't even brush. The ends turned extremely weak and stringy, so they kept saying you're hair is too damaged and we can't do the colour you wanted. Yes my ends were damaged, but it never looked or felt that way after I'd shower. They damaged my whole head and it kept breaking in my hands. They wouldn't stop blaming it on me that my hair was already damaged. They ended up chopping half of my hair off and I didn't even leave with the results I wanted. I wanted a light brown with highlights and I left with an orange balayage. They took 6 hours, and charged me £180. Towards the end, I couldn't even care how my hair looked I just wanted to be out of the salon. They were also very rough on my hair, especially after my scalp was so sensitive to their 'colour corrector', i.e BLEACH.

I am really glad I chose this salon to get a balayage. It was a pleasant experience and I loved the outcome. I got my hair done by Murvet, she is really experienced. You should check their Instagram page x

Very bad Turkish salon they even non understand your meaning even if you go with pictures they never do what you want

Shambolic. I went to do my eyebrows. First of all I had to wait longer than an hour whilst no one even apologised or spoke to me about how long it will take. And secondly the guy that did the eyebrows didn't have a clue about how to thread or shape eyebrows. Waste of time and money

Im a regular customer to Podium. My hair type is extremely curly and the only person I feel like who understands my curls is Murvet. The staff who work there are awsome guys and professional, as well as great company when you are waiting; offering tea etc. I can communicate with them well. My hair is extremely curly, normally it takes a while to straighten, however my first option, when wanting to blow dry or get a trim, is Podium! I'll be out of there in an hr, as some places can take a while with curly hair.
