Used the sunbed, went of for 12 minutes left very disappointed as the sunbed didn't get hot and had no effect. I asked the lady behind the desk if I could go on for longer she rudely said NO! And didn't offer an alternative. As I left she didn't say bye. Very rude. Wouldn't recommend or use this place again!!!!!

I got a haircut there with Agnieszka. It was good and what I wanted. I'd recommend this place. Price is normal for London.

I am moving from Finchley to Turnpike Lane! I need to change my place regarding sunbed! I went there, and I have been approached in a very rude manner by the blonde Polish girl, who recent commenters also complained about! I am sure we are complaining about the same one! She was extremely unfriendly, unprofessional and disrespectful! I simply asked the prices, she said she is busy, she can't really deal with me, and she has thrown the price list in front of me! She has a very rude inappropriate manner and the comments above clearly prove I am right! Even though I was new there, but still I deserve a professional customer service! This girl should not face customers at all! I prefer to travel to Finchley where the staff is friendly! Thank you very much, I have seen and experienced more than enough from your service! Avoid!

Don't waste your money!! I went on for 9 minutes it didn't get hot at all!! and the blonde lady behind the desk was very rude!!!!
