I've been going to Heena for Probably 8 years, and I unfortunately have to say that the quality of the service is going really much down. At every visit you will always find different girls, salon half empty ( if not completely empty), and the ladies working there sitting down gossiping with the owner. this doesn't stop even when you get your eyebrows done, at the point the lady dealing with you doesn't even look at your face, too busy talking. I visited yesterday for a last time, empty shop, eyebrows and upper lip done in 4 minutes. Very fast! Burnt skin on upper lip and VERY IRRITATED skin on my eyebrows still now.lets not even mention the shape of my eyebrows...

Absolutely zero costumer service ! I used to spend about £100 a month in my nails and the day I got back to fix what's an obvious lack of attention to detail from their end (one gel nail chipped after 5 days) I was told "We do not guarantee the colour, pay £3 to fix it" this is an absolute joke. As a result, 2 of my friends stopped going as well; £300 lost for not doing a commercial gesture. At this rhythm, it is not long before other clients complain

Walked in for a manicure (called to make appointment but they don’t take them) and only a short wait even though it was busy due to Christmas Eve. Staff doing nails were all really friendly. A clearer reception would be useful - it seems to be eyebrows, hair and nails as separate sections!

I just think that here people has got the easy complaint. To be honest with you all I never write any review but seeing all these negative comments I feel like I must say something as well. First I started going there for eyebrows treading and for the first time I found someone in London who does them just the way it suits my face. And very cheap price! Then for waxing I just go there cos they are quick and very professional and aslo the price is very good. And If they are very busy, or you have the "whole" body to wax two of them will do it together! I enjoy so much! 😂 Third, I never trusted any hairdresser in London, and that guy, is simply amazing in cutting. And if I tell him half centimeter he jokes with me asking me why am I wasting my money just for half cm but then he really does a good job and exactly how I want it. And to be honest since when I started to go there my hair are growing so fast! Plus the dark hair girl does such good hairstyles!! She's the best! This shop is always busy, full of clients, and one of the many things I appreciate is that the leader of the hairdressers when he tells you to wait at the waiting hall, when he has a minute meanwhile he does the client before you, he comes and sit next to you and have a consultation with you! And if I wanna add anything else is that they always ask me if I want a bottle of water, tea or coffee. (On the house!) They are all professional and friendly and forgive them if they are always super busy - there must be a reason why 😏

I am really disappointed. One of my eyebrows has been done so badly that now I had to cancel my haircut. My hair needs to cover it. I am going to miss my Christmas party.
