horrible customer service - as soon as i sat down her attitude was disrespectful she began to pull my jacket like i was her child and i had to ask her to ask me to take my coat off instead of pulling on my jacket. i went for a basic blow dry she began straightening my hair with no product or heat protection. i asked her to use product and she kept saying no no we only use heat protection i then repetitively told her to use heat protection and she just started to stare at me. will never return to this hair shop i wouldn’t recommend to anyone and hair kulture next to this shop will do everything and more for your hair. do not waste your time on these rude hair dressersService: Blowdry
Unrespectful, horrible customer service and racist. I went to do my makeup and hair for my engagement party, first of all, if you talk to them they don’t reply and ignore you. Because I asked for the lipstick colour that I wanted she was angry and started to wipe my lips very harshly. That's the same with my hair when I asked to make some small changes to it. Very disrespectful and embarrassing. And in the end, they charged me more than what they told me over the phone. They changed all my mood negatively on my special day. I had my wedding hair and makeup done here 100% recommend. Have been couple of times since and have always been very happy. Price is reasonable for the service they provide. Very nice staff the girls are all so nice and kind.
This is the worst of the places like I've been to. I was booked for a weeding make up and hair as well with around 12 different girls. Hair was quite ok. Make up was a disaster. They've used fake lashes and make up artist which apparently she even wasn't make up artist cut lashes on me and at the same time she cut my real lashes. No one even said sorry to me. They were using my make up products as they didn't have their own. Really bad customer service and place is just horrible with all people inside. I should charge them for using my cosmetics for other girls! I left without having make up just before weeding! Never will recommend this horrible place!
I went here for hair and make up, my hair was done using a curling wand but due all the product n spray used it didn’t last much throughout the day. Make up she started rushing through it an looked nothing like any of the pics I had shown her not even close. She had no experience in putting false lashes on as one of them was digging into my eye an the other was refusing to stick. My eyeliner both looked different. Their make up brushes looked like they’d never been washed/cleaned. In the end I ended up wiping off the eye make up and only getting my hair done. Will not return as the customer service was terrible and I was not happy with any of the services provided.
I have been following Filiz hair and beauty on Instagram for a while and trusted their work on their page. I had my henna hair done by Munnever and henna make up done by Filiz. I also had my wedding bridal hair done by Munnever. Both Munnever and Filiz have treated and made me feel special on both of my events. Reading the reviews I feel there is a huge competition out there and each to their own, everyone has their own experience. Personally speaking I was extremely happy with both of my experiences and I will highly recommend their services. All staff are accommodating and friendly.
