Impressively efficient out if hours Dr service. Called 111 at 2.30am and had a call back from Seldoc. The Dr advised I required antibiotics and I got a taxi to the clinic, saw the same Dr immediately and left with my prescription within 20 minutes. Very happy!

Brilliant service from start to finish and feel very fortunate to have access to such a service out of hours, especially when I know I wouldn’t get a look in at my GP if I called during the week. I dealt with three separate members of staff on the phone and in person and they were all fantastic; personable, informative and supportive. My concerns were with my baby daughter and I really valued the fact we were given an appointment to come
In for rather than have to just sit and wait late in to the evening for a walk in. Thank you Seldoc!

Me & my daughter we’re both seen Wednesday night at Seldoc at Dulwich Hospital,I cannot praise the staff from start to finish. We were both seen by Faith and I have to say she was fantastic,she listened, didn’t rush us and was very supportive.

Called 111 on a Sunday, within the hour Seldoc called me back and increased my prescription. The doctor I spoke to was extremely polite and caring, a little empathy went a long way. Excellent service. Thank you!

I called at 5:45pm then at 10:00pm and again at 2:30am and was told someone would call me back, call was returned at 2:45am. I was advised that I could go and collect my prescription in the morning. Went to pharmacy only to be told they have no prescription there for me and nothing had been sent. I have to go to A&E. This is exactly how people die. Tried calling back Seldoc they are closed!
