Have spent most of my hospital appointments in suite 3. Very nice staff and doctors. Lovely petite oriental nurse. Always there calling out patients names and sorting out problems. Very conscientious and takes her job very seriously.

Yesterday was very sick with a severe pain in my chest. Kings College Hospital was my nearest choice. From the beginning the stuff cared me with every way that they could ... The pampering was awesome.... Stayed there for 10 hours... God bless you all... Thank you...

I had several appointments here for dental surgery due to having a severe dental and jaw disorder. The staff were incredibly rude, judgemental and lacked compassion to my situation. They never fully answered my questions, gave me incorrect information and used scare tactics to try and get me to not use the NHS services. My initial screening was with a senior dental surgeon who told me that my teeth were messing up my face and that I probably had my noise pierced to distract from my teeth. And then told me that hollywood would never be calling. I almost cried right there. I felt so uncomfortable. Then he tried to scare me away by telling me that the surgery had a high failure rate. I had several other dental surgeons tell me the opposite over my lifetime so I knew that was incorrect. He also told me that if I decided to go through with it I would be put on a waiting list of thousands of people and it would take over a year to even start the process. It ended up taking 2 weeks. And that was just my initial appointment. I could go on about the next 8 months of this but it's too much.

The worst hospital by far. The orthopaedic department is beyond a joke. Staff are useless, lazy and rude. I’ve made a complaint to PALS and they are just as worse. Been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a response to my email. Would not recommend this Hospital at all!!! I’ve made sure that my GP does not refer me there for any specialist appointments.

Rubbish Service. Supposed to be discharged with gastritis but the nurse here is so rude and talkative that he can’t hear what I’m trying to say - all I want to do is go home but I can’t walk. I asked for a wheelchair or some kind of support and the doctor said that could be arranged but the nurse is literally telling me to leave if I want to - that’s exactly what I’m saying but he just isn’t listening and fails to understand. I requested to speak to another nurse and she decided to call the doctor instead. It’s just so simple but why are they so bad at understanding. They are a shame as medical professionals in my experience - KCH is the worst and I’m not 😮!!!!!!!!
