The item I ordered on line was wrong, the male at the tills had such a bad attitude that I'm surprised they have any customers. The wiperblades were too wide and one was 2inches or more too long. I was told that it's most rare in a tone that was calling me a liar, another set was brought out and the smaller blade was the right length. I tried it on my car but the fixing was wrong so on re entering the shop I showed the server the difference in the blades, He didn't care and put the money back on my card, so he said, if it isn't there soon then I will be having a word with him
Good most of the time, but i keep getting given the wrong products by staff, it's happened twice now, little bit annoying as it means another trip to the store to get it sorted, i'll have to be extra careful from now on
I needed brake pads for my car. The gent behind the counter took the trouble to look at the car to identify the pads. No trouble at all. Wish i had his name to say thank you.
RAC recommended this store to buy car parts due to reasonable prices. So I decided to visit this store to buy a pollen/cabin filter and an air filter for my car. I wanted Bosch products because you can't really go wrong with Bosch! So I got my pollen filters and fitted them at home. However I managed to replace the pollen filter, I could not do the same for the air filter. I tried it different ways and I thought it was something I did wrong so I compared the size between the old and new filter, the new filter was slightly bigger so I had to come back to this store and get the exact size. They told me it should fit but when I showed them the old filter, they realised they made a mistake. No harm, no foul. Everyone makes mistakes! Hell I make mistakes all on a weekly basis! They charged me £5 more for the correct filter but I wasn't bothered, I just wanted my Bosch air filter with the correct size and be on my way. The staff were friendly and helpful though as I'm a new driver so I wouldn't know which parts I needed for my car, just that I would only prefer to buy Bosch lol. Anyway great store, great staff and great customer service. I'll be visiting this place many times, definitely would recommend this store over Halfords! RAC does not recommend Halfords at all! So I urge you guys to visit Euro Car Parts store and you will be more than satisfied!

Service was good, the people were friendly, however the entrance to the store was dangerous and could cause harm due to the amount of vehicles there and parking spaces where the public entrance door was located.

Friendly staff, welcoming, I find it's best to pre order what you need for collection as cheaper online than instore!! Then collect in 30 mins always ready. Couldn't be easier
