Visited the clinic for a blood test. Was greeted on arrival by the receptionist with a warm and friendly manner.nDue to a previous bad experience of a blood test, I was severely anxious. However, Mandy helped me to feel so calm and listened to how I felt.nI didn’t feel rushed nor judged. I didn’t even feel the slightest pinch. Thanks Mandy.
Nightmare to find as the merseycare website has totally the wrong details. It is not the town hall but the sefton road family clinic
Spotless, desk staff lovely, nurses lovely and explain things very well. Really friendly and helpful and don't feel your getting rushed out the door..nBetween Doctors surgeries, walk in centers and A&E there is no confusion and the service runs like clockwork. Well done to all the wonderfull staff and those behind this service. Excellent keep up the good work.
Always nice and clean with no waiting time.
Went right through for appointment, no waiting. Nice staff, all looked clean and tidy, dealt with very nicely by Hannah.
