Very tight car park, not a place for a new driver or someone with a new large car to go to. You can easily damage your car if not carefulnnParking spaces are very narrow too and it took me driving to level 19 on a Saturday until I found a free space..nnSigns on wall of every floor stating you need to 'scan and start a parking session' are very conflicting. Luckily a member of staff by chance clarified for me.nnYou also get 10 minutes to leave the car park after paying, so if you're on level 19 like I was and needed to load the car first, it doesn't leave you much time at all to navigate the tight corners back down
DO NOT USE THIS CARPARK unless you want to pay £600 in repairs like me.nnI pre booked online and it was so busy I had to go to the 11th level. On my way there, the turns were so tight that I scraped my bumper trying to get between the furthest full space and the wall. After doing this, I noticed the same spot on every level was covered in car paint marks. On my way out I saw that the walls were completely covered in marks where people are clearly scraping their cars every day.nnI struggled in a corsa so no larger car would be able to easily navigate.
Convenient location, easy enough to pay through the QR code, and alright prices, but the walls and corners were very tight. I imagine if you had a larger car this place would be a nightmare. All of the walls have lots of marks where many cars must have scraped their sides. I think for the couple of quid extra other places might be, I’d sooner head elsewhere.
DO NOT USE, PARKING FINE ISSUED EVEN WHEN PAID FOR!!!nUsed the car park to pick up something on bold street. Paid online on park bee website. Money taken from my bank account by park bee.nThen received a £60 fine from NEXUS saying I handnt paid? SENT THEM PROOF OF PAYMENT WHICH THEY REJECTED STILL SAID I DIDNT PAY?!!nThen increased the fine as I didn’t pay it within a certain time why would I when I had paid for parkingnI continued to refuse to pay the fine until they threatened me with debt collectors, and put a county court judgement on my credit score, which would stop me getting mortgage.nALL OVER NOTHING!!!nHad to pay £300 to get CCJ removed.nDO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK ITS A SCAM
absolute joke of a company, I was so stressed out. I pulled into the car park, nothing telling me it's full, but it wasn't full at all. I parked in a disabled bay as my father was with me. I tried to load the QR code for the app, which came up saying book now, then wouldn't let me book. It then gave me an option that says pay per minute, so I clicked this as I didn't want to receive a fine. after 5 minutes, it charged me £6.40. I stopped it and rang customer services to be told not their problem and that if I didn't exit their car park in 10 minutes I would get fined. I argued and told them that there is no clear signage telling you how the car park operates. there were different signs all telling you to download 4-5 other apps, all of which didn't work and said the car park was full.nI felt ill after arguing with the person at customer services, as she was no help. I was then informed by a member of the public that the payment machine was near the stairwell, which no one from the company had informed me of. I was told by a member of the public that you pay on return to your vehicle. I contacted customer services again; this time, they refunded me £6.40 and told me to pay £ 4.50 at the machine on the way out.nit has really put me off using this car park in the future due to too many signs telling you different things, lack of communication, etc. If the car park is busy, then have automated barriers in place to stop vehicles from entering if full and exiting if no payment has been made. such a simple thing they could do. I hope they take this into account.
