This evening we went to the theatre in Liverpool and as usual we used the QPark in Queens Square. We returned to the car park at about 10:35 and found that two of the three pay machines were not working which meant a long queue of people built up. In spite of pressing the help button no one came to our assistance. Whilst we were waiting to pay there was a constant stream of what appeared to be homeless people and beggars coming and going. We also noticed a lot of teenagers in and out of the lifts inhaling gas from balloons and causing a disturbance with the people queuing. I would worry for a woman or anyone on their own. I looked for a security guard but there didn’t appear to be one on duty. I have used this car park for years but my experience this evening would make me think twice about using it again in future
Always my goto car park in Liverpool as it’s close to the tunnel! Clean and tidy..only 1 lift working so bear that in mind! No issues big car park spaces!! As people are nesh..park on the very top floor lots of room up there!!
£17 for the day in the middle of Liverpool. It was a bonus that traffic to get in and out wasn’t too bad either on a Saturday. Did see larger spaces but most were taken. Be sensible and take it slow, people seemed struggle with the idea of giving way.
Good car park. But parking spaces are little narrow. Cash pay point at site. If you want to pay by card you have to go to the reception area.
Clean and easy to find, BUT do not use if you have a larger SUV - the spaces are small narrower than my car and ramps etc are VERY tight!!! I had to crawl in and out.
I know it's a bit strong to "love" a car park but I found the website was easy and booking a parking space on the night of a huge concert to be good peace of mind. Well located and clean, too.
I hope you've got great clutch control and even more patience. It's not the worst car park I've used, but it is the most annoying. There's gates across the entrance which is on a slope that seems to take forever to open if they're not just broken then the barrier will keep you waiting. Beware other drivers too. There will only be one lift working out of the two so if you have a pram or wheelchair, be prepared to wait.
Great location with plenty of parking. Was pricey for 3 hours costing £10.70 although I was amazed at the tech for payment as I drove in I received a message on my phone telling me I had entered. Then another when I left and it charged my bank through an app I have on my phone.
Great location. Always pre-book, so, no messing about with change etc.
Gets two stars, for location and layout. Price is way over the top and there are a significant number of reserved spaces that don't appear to be used over the weekend, wasting otherwise extra potential revenue and spaces that others could use. I paid £11 for Sunday parking, WOW.
