Very easy to use and easy to walk to terminal

Never again, we booked a short break after my husband lost his father recently. I mistakenly put 7pm instead of 7am arrival time due to stress. On leaving we waited 5 minutes for the very unhelpful assistant to answer with numerous cars lining upbehind , all he said was you have to pay 15 pound in the airport terminal. Which was a good ten min walk away. Imagine being stuck there with cars parked behind having to leave the car to pay the extra ? Surely they should have the facility to pay at the barrier ? And where they got the 15 pound charge from God only knows.

Had trouble several places run by these i paid for parking never found the one I was supposed to park in so had to park in the surrounding resident area

I struggled to find this place as I booked it through my flying airline instead of 'directly booking'. The airline said the car park was called cheap parking so we looked around for 'cheap parking' and after 20 mins driving around lost, we discover that the parking is now called I park. The walk to the airport took us around 15 mins and I think I am an average walker. (not fit and not lazy lol!)

Waited 20 minutes at departure for the driver to turn up and 55 minutes at arrival at Manchester. Didn't answer the phone to update us and blamed the fact the drivers were busy. Not good enough.
