AVOID!!!!! Returned to a smashed window and someone had been through the car. Had to pay £45 for the pleasure of parking for a couple days! It was raining so we had a wet and cold 3 hour journey home with wet, glass covered seats. Totally spoilt our break. God knows how much the replacement window will cost!!!!
Avoid! Car was broken into. Came back to a smashed window. The car was left there overnight. The company where not interested to help. £250 for a new window replacement. Expensive parking. Won't be using an NPC car park ever again.
not knowing Liverpool at all really parked at this car park had a few hours there however shock to find when paying I think it was £3:65 per hour no notice saying the price until you came to pay and only then on side of payment meter in small writing hefty bill of £17:85 should make prices quite clear before unsuspecting motorist's park !
Expensive for an open air park that's on the city fringe, but that's NCP for you... No visible security presence and one ticket machine non functioning. Will find alternative parking next visit.
Stayed at a hotel opposite the car park after being told to "use public parking," came back to find the car smashed in and absolutely ransacked and stole valuables and clothes from the boot. Nothing on show and a very non descript car. The hotel said they'd told us not to park there which is a complete fabrication.
BE WARNED that this is NOT ‘Liverpool UPPER Pall Mall car park’. … At the time of writing, there are two NCP car parks of near-identical names that are both on the same street stupid to begin with that have charges at two ends of the pay scale. We thought we were parking at UPPER Pall Mall car park in Liverpool for £2.95 for 12 hours prepaid via the NCP ParkPass app, seeing as Google directed us to this one after searching for ‘Liverpool Upper Pall Mall car park’. Turns out that car park doesn’t actually exist, according to Google. So we were actually taken here, to Liverpool Pall Mall car park easily confused considering the near-identical name and were changed an additional whopping £19.95 for a mere 6.5 hours of parking, upon exiting the car park. They refused to refund us after I got on to customer support and explained the situation. I’ve had nothing but poor experiences every time I’ve used the NCP ParkPass app & associated car parks for the past couple of months. So I won’t be using either again.
Do not park here. Every few days there is a car with windows smashed and today my car windows have been put through !! Can’t get through to anybody on the phone or email. People said that it is known for break ins, so beware when leaving things in your car
This is a place to park your car, there are car parking spaces to do so in. As these spaces go there is sufficient space to park a car. I'm not thrilled but I'm not disappointed. Lot of people get stuck at the gates using the phone app, might be linked to not very bright screens, might just not be very bright people.
Car park is big and spacious. QR code entry and exit doesn't always work well and the exit/entry lanes are quite tight do watch your alloys if a wider car... you have to ensure you just go straight as a ruler going through them. Prices are ok for the central location. Early bird price is very good if you get there pre 9am
Very high chance your car will be broken into!! Avoid parking here in the night time. Smashed glass everywhere.
