PCNs are automatically generated if you do not pay within 10 mins of arrival.If you want to use the Phone&Pay app or number please setup your account in advance of arrival so you just pay when you land.If you want to pay by card or cash at the machines be sure to follow the instructions on the machines. Didn't feel safe here at all. Just a way of making money out of some derelict land really. But is slightly cheaper than many of the proper car parks, if further away. Will pay that little bit more next time to feel safer and closer to shops.
Not the best parking lot but good value and close to the Albert Dock area of the city. If there is an event on, I would try to gwt there early to ensure parking was available as the space isn't that big for parking but adequate enough. Not sure how secure it is as I did not see any obvious security cameras about, but hat doesn't say that there isn't any.
A few minutes walk from city centre, but one of the cheapest places to park in town, especially if you're staying for more than a few hours. 12 hrs is something like £7 where's as it's 5.60 for 2 hrs in L1. Recommended using the parking app to pay as you can top up your stay without returning to your car.
Very very bad parking, horrible experience, please do not go there. Seems like they are just looking for a fault to fine you and make money. Park in a automatic entry exit ticket system one even you pay little extra. We were visiting Liverpool with our 1 and half years old daughter and parked there to roam around the dock for an hour, so we bought 2 hours ticket in case. As we were travelling and have a little kid so it took us time to settle her and then bought a ticket for 2 hours. On our way back to the parking, we were stuck because of a heavy rain, so couldn't leave the parking in time. After 2 weeks we received a PCN with £60 fine if paying within 14 days, we replied by explaining our circumstances and gor reply from them just saying we have been fined because of not buying ticket within 10 minutes of arrival time. It's so ridiculous, if you charge people from the moment we enter till we leave, then you should have a automatic ticket system, not a ticket machine like you have. We were even asked to provide the pictures as a proof, no reply from them, didn't even bother to tell something regarding our circumstances. You can check with local weather office for the rain matter against our ticket.
Avoid like the plague. Me and my family travelled from Australia. We came to this car park and paid for a full day's parking, but somehow weeks later we have been issued a penalty notice. Was in a rental car so now we have debt collectors after us and there's no way of appealing it! Disgusting.
Don’t park here it is a scam!!! Even if you pay the correct amount and enter your registration correctly they will say ‘prove it’ and issue a fine!! Stick to more reputable parking companies that don’t exploit customers.
To start with as a comparison on Monday I paid a whopping £22.90 for a days parking in the NCP on Pall Mall so was keen to find a more economical alternative. Found this place which was perfect for me as I visit employers across the whole of the city centre and driving from place to place is ridiculously time consuming and parking is a real challenge. Used it for the first time yesterday and it was great - loads of space and ideal for Thursday's visits in the Baltic area then in the centre. Unfortunately I left my mobile at my last visit, had to go back to pick it up and went over my allocated time. Got in touch with Kingpark by email straight away and they sorted it for me no fuss so I won't receive a fine which was great..... and the Kingpark equivalent was £5.00 for the whole day so a proper no brainer! 5 stars.
Really easy to park and pay options are by phone, app, machine by coin or card. Just one down side to parking here it's unlite at night and they do have lights on site but fail to put them on

I think I have worked it out. If you visit then the enforcement company try to catch you out weeks after assuming you wont your ticket so they will send you a fine but if you live nearby they know they will get return custom so dont try it on. KEEP YOUR TICKET RECEIPT IN YOUR WINDSCREEN FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AS CONFIRMATION AS THEY DONT BELEIVE YOUR BANK APP OR CREDIT CARD RECEIPT Parked 8.10.22, paid at machine and got a ticket printed that i put in windscreen, 4 weeks later got a parking charge to say i had not paid, banking app confirmed payment so appealed and sent a copy of the payment however machine says i paid at London and not Liverpool so obviously the machine was not working correctly, appeal denied so appeal sent to POPLA as this is the process, the parking company agreed i paid but said i didnt enter a registration number so payment is not valid and i need to pay the fine, i am still refusing as i can prove i paid the amount required. according to them the contract is i pay and park with a ticket and i did this but they say i didnt, it took them 4 weeks to say i didnt pay so obviously i hadnt kept my receipt ticket in the windscreen that long so only evidence i have is the payment on my bank app but apparently this is not good enough, watch out as i am not the only one that bank app says you paid at a different part of the country so keep all ticket receipts from your windscreen for several months to be sure you dont get caught out like i have, i have now written to rip off britain and watchdog as i feel i have proved my case. the saga continues.
