When my nan passed away we went here to get everything sorted. Staff were rude and manager was rude and was expecting us to pay money even though she had passed away and even tried to haggle extra money for any fees. Which by the way the yearly was already paid. No one had been to her van within 2 years because she fell so ill and even after giving the documents staff still remained rude. When me and my nan first came to the park staff were so good friendly and even took you for a tour around the park and engaged with you even out of there hours of work to simply say hi. now i read so many complaints everywhere.
We had a lovely week here ! the caravan was lovely and clean and had all we needed . The life guards were always smiling and happy and chatty each time we went . My kids loved the pool & slide . lovely entertainment venue and again lovely staff . the lady in the shop also very nice . well done seawick !Rooms: 5/5
Even if I went here last year, I forgot to write a review. I'm my opinion this is one of the nicest parks I ever went too. What I loved about the park is all the activities you and your family can do, suck as swimming, go karts, the arcade and the entertainment area with the bar, which was very nicely themed. When I went, the caravan we have rented for the 5 days it was not too bad but I thought it could be better, It was very clean, but there was only a tiny bit of stains on the wall, but it's no big deal as it could of been worse. I personally love the location of the park by the beach which was very relaxing. The staff at seawick were very kind and very professional, and I loved the performances on stage, and it was an amazing way to end the day with a drink and a place where the kids can enjoy themselves. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to visit and to my family and friends, expect me to return at some point in the incoming future
Have no respect or compassion for owners. Would avoid at all costs. My mum spent nearly £80k here in the last 4 years. She brought her caravan, lent my brother the money for he’s which she didn’t get anything back because my brother is a poncy prick but yeah she’s spent nearly £80k on those 2 vans and ground rent over the years. My mum has had mental heatlth issues since my dad passed and since my Nan has been dying and died she has not been in a good mental space, she missed a few letters from the park to say she had to pay however her payment dates have always been April 1st and they sent letters to say they wanted payment by January 31st. Can’t just change payment days but yeah woeful manager said she has to sell it by a trader or remove it: I tried explaining and offering them late fees but like I said no compassion no respect and no understanding. People did warn me of this caravan site Would avoid at all costs.
The place is well supplied with all pots, pans, mugs, etc but it was unclean. There were hairs and a stain in the shower, the carpets were dirty, one of the doors don't close properly, stains in the kitchen sink and the TV was a normal TV despite it being advertised as a smart tv on the website.Rooms: 2/5
Very disappointed from the service overall, and the caravan not even clean. I have been promised for a housekeeper to attend and clean the caravan as we checked in with the Caravan dirty and a shaver left in the toilet. No one turned up and when we went to the reception to ask about the laundrette, the receptionist continued to hoover and didn’t bother acknowledging me. I stood in front of the the desk waiting to be served but she looked at me and carried on hoovering behind the desk. Not sure if this is racism because I am a women of colour and wear a hijab but this is not how we should be treated our customers.
I booked a caravan for my partner on his work trip. When he got to the caravan, there was dirty dishes/ stains on the table/ old cans of drinks underneath the beds. Clearly they did not bother to even look in this caravan before handing the keys to another person. Also an absolute headache they do not provide sheets and bedding, I have never been to a caravan that I need to provide my own. Towels yes, not bedding! Absolutely shocking will definitely not be coming here again.
It's not as accessible as you would like, but it's OK if you want to get away from the hum drum. Please check with the caravan park before you go away that the caravan is theirs as some caravans are rented by private companies whom do not have access to the site warden or maintenance team and this will spoil your holiday away. I experienced this. There is a pub and chippy close by and amusements but take a torch with you as the park use low light l.e.d streetlights. Watch where you walk too please.
Very lovely park all in all. Had a lovely 4 days. Activity plan was great. Once we knew what was going on. However, swimming pool is very merky, very little changing facilities and cold. Really not worth the 30mins you get. The clubhouse was great. Good prices and really great entertainment team. We would come back just maybe not to swim
Booked a van for 4 nights taking 2 dogs for free. Friendly staff most of the time, entertainment good. Downside was the bar closed early @22.00 and drinks were very pricey too. However; the holiday was value for money Food & drinks: Decent food in restaurant, good selection of drinks
