Do NOT purchase a holiday home on this site. 
It will cost you £1000's in depreciation in only a few months.  
I paid £31k only to be offered £13k less than 2yrs later.
My neighbour paid over £80k and when illness struck this elderly couple within a year where left in tears at being offered only £24k. 
The site is very poorly run by weak management on a day to day basis. 
However bar and entertainment staff have always been great, as have the sales team.
It is a very quiet and beautiful park, so only come as a visitor not an owner, unless you have £1000's to throw away.

Holiday there 50 weeks a year. Lovely place to stay if you like peace and quiet

Very untidy and disorganised, caravans everywhere and it looks a building site, deep trenches of mud not a good good example for potential buyers.....

This is a owners only park. A holiday park not a residential park?. Run by Park Holidays. Has a good General Manager, Sales team, Staff in reception along with Maintenance, and our new club/complex Manager. Clean site, dog friendly well behaved of course. Does have it's faults at times but can always be sorted out. Entertainment Saturdays/Bank Holidays and other events through the year are put on when possible by our General Manager and Owners. This is my opinion possibly not everybody would agree with it, visit the park yourself and see. This is not a recommendation.
