Probably the best park in Aberdeen, wide open grass spaces but also lots of trees and great wildlife watching opportunities, the formal garden areas are lovely (also the 'secret' walled garden) and of course a river runs past it too. Unlike Duthie park, it's not mobbed at the weekends so there's still some tranquility to be found

Beautiful park. nice and quiet. well maintained and noticeably free of litter. amazing views. plenty of places to sit and enjoy the natural environment, feed the ducks or the birds, or have a picnic. childrens play area in one part of the park too.

A nicely sized park 20 minutes walking from the city centre where, with a bit of luck and knowledge of local wildlife, you can have the chance to see otters, foxes, roe deer, dippers, birds of prey, red squirrels, seals, herons and all kinds of song birds and ducks. Don't miss the secret walled garden! I personally would give Seaton Park and the adjacent Donmouth Reserve and Brig o'Balgownie 6 stars if I could!

Beautiful park,,, Victorian style gardens well kept flower beds,, not sure if the toilet's are open, now in ACC.., closed permanently.unless the royals are coming to visit..then the drinking water spout would be screwed back in... just saying like.

Seaton park is is under rated and often forgotten about .... their have been lots of improvements made to it over the past few years which has significantly improved the park. The play park looks great and the summer planting is beautiful. The fact that it's connected to the river don is a bonus. You can do a great circular walk from the bridge of don along the river into the park and back again
