Beautiful, spacious park in Old Aberdeen with riverside walks, colourful gardens, and a great play area featuring the old Mr Therm engine. Ideal for families, walkers, and nature lovers. Lots of wildlife around the River Don. Free parking available. Peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing day out.
Seaton Park in Aberdeen is a beautiful 27-hectare green space located in the Old Aberdeen neighborhood. This popular park offers a variety of activities and attractions for visitors of all ages.
Lovely park very next to Aberdeen Cathedral spreading on a big area. Best area for a walk and dog friendly too. Many people were out with their dogs for a walk even it was freezing cold.nThere are benches and bins around and many pathways to take for a stroll. They manage this park well. It must be best place for a picnic in summer. There’s river flowing next to it which is also very picturesque. The trails are out of dirt so if you go on the rainy day they will be muddy. There is a playground for children making it a family place. Nice big woods area which is very beautiful. Worth a walk which cost nothing.
Big open spaces, clear paths, a beautiful planted area leading up to St Machar Cathedral, lovely in autumn
I adore this park, it has lots to offer, it has lovely paths which I think are pushchair/wheel chair friendly. Lots of grassy areas for dog walkers and large area to kick a ball around. There is a fantastic play park which any children who love trains will be amazed at. I think there are toilets but I'm unsure. There is a lovely garden area too. On a sunny day this park is the place to be. Oh and there is parking if you decide to travel by car.
