Beautiful and clean, a great little place to take a little time out.nA small stream flows through, and love how it's been built around the water.nBristles with friendliness, and helpfulness.nHas a few dog walker's, but from what I've observed, most if not all are on a leash.nDog mess is also not something that I have yet to notice.nnComparing this Park, to Lanarkshire and Glasgow areas of Scotland.nnStream would've been drained of water and concreted over, due to the deluge off broken Buckie bottle's and litter strewn throughout.nnAppears that people contribute to ensuring the quality of life up north is so much tidier and better kept.nnThis concept is unheard off within the central belt, and small thing's just like people contributing to either tidying up after themselves or willing to help others is completely refreshing.nnPark Exudes cleanliness.nGood job, keep it up.
Westburn park is a great place to take the kids or simply to go for a walk in the fresh air. There are plenty of things for the kids to play on and green space if you fancy sunbathing.nnThe park also has tennis courts and a bowling green.nnThere is parking but on busy days you may struggle to find a parking space in the park itself. There is street parking available but it is pay and display.nnThe park appears well maintained and is a pleasant place to spend some time in the sun. There is also a recently built skateboard area.nnWorth a visit if you are in the area.
Great place to take kids especially in the nicer weather
