Overrated on Tripadvisor. Just a small neighborhood garden. Unkempt and overgrown. Lots of benches in memory of loved ones. Perhaps that is why it is high on the ratings.

Beautiful, well-taken care of park. The garden there is very kind and takes great pride in keeping the park neat and ice free in the winter. Can't recommend highly enough

Very nice small ornamental gardens. Lots of wedding photos are shot there.
