It's a car park, it's free out of season, but lots of it was underwater! Usefully it has a set of public toilets, though these too are seasonal. It is only a short walk to the beach with the nearby cafes and pubs. It's also handy for the nearby Seaton Valley countryside park.

This is a small, but usefully placed car park near Seaton beach and Waves Bar. There isn't tons of space, but there are other parking facilities in the area.
