VERY RUDE WHEN THEY REPLY TO YOUR EMAIL,  DONT READ EMAILS PROPERLY WHEN YOU SEND THEM ONE,  INFRINGEMENT OF YOUR PRIVACY WHEN THEIR STAFF STAND & WATCH YOU GET A TICKET TO THE SHOPS IT'S FREE FOR,  HAVE NO PROOF THAT YOU WENT OFF SITE WHEN THEY SAY YOU DID, AND SAY YOU FAIL TO DISPLAY A VALID PARKING TICKET WHEN THE PICTURE THEY SEND IS CLEARLY IN PLACE.
